Terms of Service

Health- All animals are guaranteed to be 100% healthy.  Must notify us within 24 hours of purchase of any defects or if animal is believed to be in any way unhealthy.

Sex- All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed.

Shipping- We guarantee all animals to arrive alive and 100% healthy.  Live arrival guaranteed in temperatures above 45 degrees and below 90 degrees.  Package must be signed for at first attempt of delivery.  Must notify of any issues within 24 hours of delivery. DOA's must email us within 8 hours of delivery with a photo of the animal. DOA's must be returned for refund.

Returns- Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

Payment- We accept cash, checks, and PayPal.  Checks and PayPal must clear before shipment or exchange of goods.  Any animal can be held for a 20% non-refundable deposit for 1 month.
